Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Child Support?

3 years ago, when i was diverced, in the

divorce papers, the court stated that I

have to pay $165 every to weeks, which

represents 20% of my income. 3 years

have passed, and my ex never took me

back to court to get more child support. I

am making double now than what I was

back 3 years ago. Can she take me to

court for owed child support since I made

more, but the $165 was in the court

order?
