Will I have to pay child support if i have joint custody with the childs mother?

Oh, I need a little more info. to answer your question better. In 99% of joint custody cases one of the parties still pay child support. Custody is in essence an issue of decision-making, the child is still typically living with one parent most of the time and that parent is entitled to receiving child support.

There is the extremely rare situation where a child almost lives half/half with each parent and then it might be plausible that neither party will pay child support. But this is fairly rare.
