child support/insurance reimbursment

How long after children are 18 can I(childrens mother) fight for back childsupport, that was in divorce decreebut not in a child support court order.

Hello. I am not aware of any time

limitation on pursuing retroactive

child support, but I would not delay

any further. In theory the child support belongs to the child, under Illinois law. Therefore, I suggests
