Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Regarding child support...what would be the percentages a father should pay in the case that we have a 19 year old child in college, we have a 17 year old, then he has a baby with another woman, and last we have a baby after that? Should he pay for the college student and should he pay me 28% off the top for our two? Or would he pay 20% to me then 20% of the remaining to her and then 8% of the remaining to me?

No child support for the kid in college. Law is unclear about the intervening kid, but a judge would probably order him to pay you 28%, and then order some amount (maybe 16%) to other mother.
