Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Child visitation rights

I'm having difficulty gettting visitation time with my son. His mother will no longer even speak to me and all I get is hate mail from her mother updating me about his status. I'm not sure what I can do to enforce my visitation rites.

You would best benefit from consulting a local family law attorney about this. You can enforce visitation, but if she is difficult about it, you really need an attorney to help you out.
