Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My two children are in foster care because of neglect so they say. I am currently pregnant and im wondering how to keep my unborn child out of the system?

Use common sense: make sure you have a job, a home, food on the table, and act as a responsible parent. It is difficult to be accused of neglecting your child if everything you work for and everything you do is for that child.
