my babies father is trying to get custody of my 9 month daughter because she lives with me. he does not pay child support and does not have a job or go to school. he is on the birth cirficate because we were engaged but split up. he is threatening me with everything he can possibly threaten me with. idk wut to do...

Hello. You may want to consider getting an order of protection against your child's father due to his threats and apparent intimidation. On account of his present situation, in my opinion, he will not qualify for custody of your daughter.
