Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My child's mother is trying to keep my daughter away from me for selfish reasons. I have tried to get along with her and be there for my daughter whenever she needs me, but whenever the mother decides to get an attitude she tries to take it out on me by separating me from my kid. I live chicago and the mother has recently moved from chicago, il with my kid to bloomington, il and attempting to cut off all contact with me as i do not know her new address and she refuses to answer my calls. How can i stop her?

You leave out some pertinent details: Are there any court orders establishing custody and visitation? Are you paying child support? Were you and the mother ever married? Are there any orders of protection involved? How often had you been seeing your child prior to the move to Bloomington?

It is nearly impossible to advise you properly w/o knowing this information.
