Childs Surname.
Can I file a petition for rights towards mothers name for legitimate child??
Women has to bear all biological pains which prevent her from being equal to men in many fields. Physically she becomes weak. The only god gift to a women is her child. Though times have changed , still women are mostly responsible to take care of children.
I wish atleast one of my children should get mothers surname . Also I wont mind if my children dont have a surname till they grow into adults so that they can chose a surname of their choice from mother n father or opt to have both surnames.
Please help.

Sorry, the law is that the child's last name is that of the father's. You also can't have a child without a last name.
