choosing legal guardian
I'm almost 16 and live in Illinois. What is the legal age where I can pick whicj parent to live with? My mom and I argue a lot and she drives me and my brother nuts. My dad said I can move in when ever. How much say do I have?

Your father would need to petition the court to modify custody, and (to make a long process short), and ask the judge to hold an in camera interview of you. Due to your age, your wishes would have a very large effect on the judge's decision
