My name is christine. My parents seperated right after I was born and my mother raised me. my father never paid a dime of child support. Is there any way me or my mom can sue him? I am now 29 and was born and raised in illinois.

The statute of limitations was 20 years after your birth. That has passed. You can no longer sue him
