Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
I am a us citizen born in the usa i am married to a immigrant from honduras the question is he has two little girls that have been abandoned from their mother and my husband sister took them in temp question is can i adopt the girls or is there any thing i can do to bring them here the mom is willing to relinquish her rights as a mom my husband says he would do the same if need to just so the girls wont suffer in the streets the girls are 8 and 9 yrs old what suggestions can you give me?

International adoptions are very tricky. In theory, if they are your husband's kids, you can do an adoption, but it would be best to have an experienced adoption attorney.
