Who gets to claim child on taxes

I have custody of my chil and the father is 60 days late on paying child support has a job gets paid every week but also wants to claim the child on his taxes i have been paying everything for her with taxes i need to pay for her braces for dental work i carry health and dental insurance on her she lives with me i think i should be able to claim her on my taxes she has lived with me now for 6 months. With no help from him. Do i claim her or not.

You should get a court order granting you that right. Otherwise, if you both file, the IRS will either audit you or create other problems.
