I have a person who lives with me and I would like to end the relationship I have asked him to leave on several occasions and he will not. What steps do I have to take to get him out of my house. This house is mine and in my name only, he has been living with me for approximately 5 years

Serve him with eviction papers and go through the regular eviction process.
