That type of loan is surely marital property that is subject to be dividing by a court. So if you have a contested trial a judge could stick you with a part of those loans. My practical experience is that most judges always require the party taking out the loans to pat them back but I'd like to hear about your respective financial positions...that's relevant to how a court might divide debt.
