Collge loan

I cosigned a loan for my son. My husband did not. Now we are divorcing. Is he in any way partaially responsible for the loan when it comes due

First, the bank is not going to care that you were married, they will come after the people on the note (i.e. you and your son). Your only recourse is to ask the judge in your divorce case to provide equitable relief and consider the student loan a marital debt. There are arguments I can see going both ways.
