Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

If there is a complaint against a judge with the Judicial Inquiry Review Board does a Judge have to recuse himself. Also there was fraud upon the court charges filed as well against him and he ruled on the motion himself. Can a Judge do that?

Merely writing a complaint letter against a judge does not get you an automatic change of judge. If iyt did everyone would do it. The law sets forth the bases you have to seek a change o f judge, either as of right or for cause.
