Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

To whom it may concern I have been divorced from my ex husband since 2006 we have two children together (boys) one being 12 and the other just turned 11 my youngest has ADHD and PDD. I have full and sole custody of the boys and my exhusband is now threatening to take me back to court to have the boys tell the judge they don't want to live with me and my fiance any longer. I am currently in the Registered Nursing program at IVCC and have no extra money to spare. The reason my oldest wants to live with his dad is due to the fact we live in the country and his dad in town and he will have easier access to his friends. We both live within the same school district actually about 15 minutes away from each other my question is can he do this take me back to court and allow children to say they want to live with him?

Yes - he can take you back to court, but I do not think the court will listen to a 12 yr old's wishes unless you are not properly caring for the kids.
