Conflict in interest

what qualifies as conflict in interest?, my ex-wife has retained an atty that me and her both know. Isn't that conflict in interest? I filed a pro se motion and i received a letter from this atty that we both know has now filed a continuance. Can i use this to my benefit??? if she shows up to the hearing. Also can i file a discover of assets to my ex-wifes new husband. I know he has millions and i would like to use that in the pro se hearing??? to adjust my support order and other issues regarding transportation of

This is not a conflict of interest unless he is representing both of you. I would suggest that you also retain counsel as trying to do a divorce pro se is very difficult especially if she has an Attorney. Please contact my office if you are interested in discussing this further.
