Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
What constitutes an unfit mother in IL? Is this hard to prove? If the mother is in a relationship with an IDOC inmate that has never had any crimes against children or women, could the woman's children be taken from her?

What type of relationship other than writing? No conjugal visits in IL as far as I know. But may be poor judgment. What effect of that relationship on the kids? How did anyone find out about it in the first place? Again poor judgment. But may not a basis to change custody.
