She continues to cheat

I am in the process of filing for a divorce from my wife on the grounds of adultery (which she admits) and have asked my wife to quit ''dating'' the other guy until we are final (our therapist has advised her to do the same). Unfortunately, she continues to see the other guy behind my back. There is no question of custody between us (the children are staying with me in our current residence), but can her continued ''dating'' be used in tilting the division of assets more in my favor or are we basically limited to a 50/50 split? I'm not looking to break her, only tilt it to a 60/40 split as I feel that I have endured some sort of pain and suffering.

In general if adultery is the grounds for divorce then this had no impact on the distribution of assets.
