Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

what can i do if they keep continuing my visitation hearing,every time i get a court date to get visitation,her lawyer has some other case and then mine gets continued,one court date the mother got arrested in the court house for dangleing my son over railing so hearing continued,this has been going on for 6 months,now she is in hospital for trying to kill herself, and my son is at her moms,can i go get him and take him to my parents home where i live.
