Do I have a right to legal representation if I am facing the removal of my child in a custody matter when I'm recognized by the court as indigent and am pose?

No. This is civil litigation the constitutional right to legal representation is only in regards to criminal litigation. What sort of assets does the other party have? Because in paternity/divorce litigation there are "fee shifting" provisions that allow one party to have the other party pay his/her attorneys fees.
