Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

We went to court for child support the father was ordered to pay 330 a month, and it was supposed to come out of his pay from work to dispursement office. His lawyer wont turn in paper work and he has not sent money to dispursement office. What do we do to get the child support.

The custom is that YOUR supposed to send the 1) Order and 2) Notice of Witholding to his employer. The employer will generally reply within 2 pay periods, or less (Because if they ignore it, it's $100 a day against them). Send a courtesy copy of what you mailed, to include cover letter, to opposing counsel. A certificate of service that you did this, filed with the court, doesn't hurt either.
