Visitation interference is a crime in Illinois. If the court order states that you have visitation every weekend, then the mother must follow the court order. The mother cannot unilaterally modify any Court order. I would file a motion for Rule to Show Cause and find her in contempt for her willful violation of the visitation order.

Good luck.
