Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have court ordered divorce papers stating that my ex-husband sees my daughter every other weekend. For the past few years, he has been taking her every weekend. How do I go about enforcing my rights in our original court papers so we can go back to every other weekend? Is there something I can file in court? I cannot communicate with him at all because he will not answer my calls, etc. and my daughter does not want to tell him.

Send him a certified letter telling him he is not entitled to visitation on alternate weekends. And the next time he shows up do not open the door.
