why does the the court system shelter the income earner? my ex has done so many things during and after the divorce with spy ware on my phone, opening up accounts in my name online, threatening me at home when i had exclusive rights to the house that an officer had to walk the ex out and my own attorney doesn't want to do anything. when i went in unrepresented the judge would not accept the officers report which showed the policeman had to call for back up and the ex's past battery charge for domestic violence. The judge told me to my face that she didn't believe me! what can i do further?
