Credit card judgements

If i make too much to file personal bankruptcy how much of a judgement can my credit cards companies get from me ??

Without any bankruptcy or other protection, your credit card companies can go after you for the full amount you owe plus interests and penalties.

If you are in more debt than you can handle, you may be able to seek protection under Chapter 13. Also, you may benefit from hiring a credit counseling service or other such companies.
