Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
I am custodial parent in a joint parenting agreement. My ex husband knowly and without my consent and he knew that I am completely against it took our minor son to a psychiatrist to be evaluated and got his ADHD medication increased and had an analysis done on our son. Several months ago we all went to a different psychiatrist together and the doctor sided with me and lowered our son's medication. He is costantly doing things like this, my daughter said he signed her up for cheer clinic for a different school than the school she attends. He wants to switch the kids'school to the school he signed her up for cheer clinic at. He has been ordered by the court to pay $100 per week in child care but has not been doing that so currently he owes me $1200. How can I get him to be in contempt of court for this. Our son plays football so every Saturday he has a game and my ex husband verbally abuses me at each game.

As to the support issue, you can file and serve a petition for rule to show cause. As to the custody issues, if you have a true joint custody agreement, it sets forth a procedure for mediation of disputes such as those you set forth in your question. Demand mediation, and when that fails I presume the agreement bars father from enrolling in activities 1) on your time 2) without your consent, file a Petition for Rule on those issues.
I would recommend going to the court and changing custody to sole legal custody. For the support problem, a Petition for Rule will do the trick. And you can get legal fees from him on the Petition for Rule.
