What do you do if the custodial parent throws the child out of the house?

If you are the non-custodial parent and want custody, you file a motion to modify custody and terminate support, med ins and other obligations and ask the court to grant you custody and order other side to opay support obtain med insurance etc. If you are the custodial parent, do nothing.
