Custodial Rights

I have 2 small children, 9 & 6. We have joint custody. He is to have them every weekend, however he has not been sticking to the court order. This weekend my little girl said she saw her dad doing "something with a tube or pipe". He has a history with drugs. His girlfriend is certified mentally ill. What can I do to keep them away from him? He is a terrible influence.

Hello and thank you for your

question. Take dad back to

court and ask that he be

barred from visitation, or

that visitation be supervised

in the best interest of your

minor child. Go into court

with a lawyer for your

protection!!
