Custody agreement

I am considering using the free legal forms that I have found on the Internet to set up a custody agreement between my son's father and myself. How sound are these agreements once they are notarized? Would they hold up in court?

I would not suggest using these

forms that you see over the internet.

It is quite possible that these

forms do not contain important language and this could cause you

problems. It is best to retain an

attorney to handle this for you.
