Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have custody of my two boys and my ex-wife doesnt do anything for them she does not even make an effort to see them or call only on the holidays and some times not even then so i told her if she is going to see the kids it will be supervised because i dont know were she lives or who or how many men she lives with. So she keeps saying she is going to take me back to court to get a change of vistitation, whats the worse that can happened if she does take me to court

Why don't you take the matter back in yourself and ask the court to modify the visitation based on your concerns. They seem reasonable.
