I am in a custody case for my 5yr daughter, they lawyer I had, never or gave me excuses about no date, he lied but I pulled the records up and it read dismiss want of prosection

and your question is.... You can refile your motion if you choose. You should try to talk to your lawyer and find out why it was dismissed. If he or she does not communicate with oyu, contact the ARDC.
