Custody Change

The 2 years is almost up. My husband and I are looking at petitioning the court for a change in custody of his 2 boys. we would like either 50/50 split or preferably physical custodial. with the 2 years almost up is it still challenging to accomplish this. Children are exposed to PAS, HAP. Husband has had many false accusations made against him over the last 2 years. He doesnt want to rock the boat un-necessarily, for fear that more false accusations will be made toward him, or she will withhold the boys, or the boys will be under more brain washing techniques.
