Custody Dispute

Last year I turned legal custody over to my childs father.I felt a boy needed his father. I feel as though I made the biggest mistake of my life.

Can the decision be appealed easily?

Hello. Now that Dad has custody, you need to

file a motion for a change of custody, but it

will be a real fight if Dad does not agree. You

need legal representation. Of course your ques-

tion does not go into detail about what problems

have arisen since your son began living with Dad,

but apparently this is something you need to

start on quickly. I will be happy to answer
