custody

if joint custody was awarded in a divorce is that voided out if you remarry the same person

the custody order remains unless the parties take some action to void it.

the children of the marriage are under the jurisdiction of the court until such time as the order is voided.

this could really be a problem if there are alligations of violence, abuse, drug use etc.
