custody

If I was married and got divorce and made custody arraingement, and then remarried the same man ,and divorceing him does those arraingements still stand from the first time.

Hello. In my opinion, the previous arrangement would not apply. This is a new proceeding and the court will want to start over. What was previously ordered, by agreement or by

the court's own order, will no longer apply. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
