Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

With no custody of me my mother took me for a small non threatening procedure without my fathers consent. Can she get in trouble for this?

Are your parents divorced or is there any case between your parents pending? If there is no court order restricting your mother's rights, she has done nothing improper.
