Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have custody of my older son, but he wants to live with his dad. What legal ramifications should I look into if I agree?

You don't say how old your son is but you should consider working out a custody, support and visitation agreement with his father. Pretty much the same as you made with Dad when you were awarded custody. I suggest you consult a lawyer in your area.
