Custody of younger sibling
I am a Military Polce soldier stationed in GA my younger brother is in danger of falling out of school my mother is died and my grandmother has custody of him now and she is willing to give custody to me so he can become my dependant and go to school here with me. He is 16 years old and he is willing to make the move also do I have to go back to Chicago IL where they live or can my grandmother just sign so papers or something and where would she have to go to give custody to me what office would it be?

Since your 16 year old brother lives in Chicago, you must go to the courts here to become his legal gaurdian. Please call me for a free consultation.
