I have been dateing this guy for a year. his ex wife is harrassing me, filing false reports against me, stealing from me, saying mean and hurtful things. she has kept his girls from seeing him for 2 months even though it is court ordered that he see them. she has called dcfs against me. saying that im abusing her 3 year old. it really is a long story. to sum all this up she is crazy and she is doing whatever it takes to seperate us. she said if she cant have him then noone can and as long as i am w him well she will make my life hell....i have had 2 miscarrages due to all the stress and heart ache from her. i cant find noone to help me. well i was served w a order of protection this morning. saying that im supose to stay away from her children. well he lies w me and they come and stay the week w us for summer vaction. now he cant see his girls. he has no where to stay for a week w them. i love him and the children and im beeing acused of abuse. it is her and her boyfriend and stepdaughter. the 3 year old was standing over me while i was sleeping. i woke to her telling me they said to kill me in my sleep. she cried and said she didnt want to. 3 years old. its sad. she tells us that they lock her in dark closets, burns her w cigeretts, pinches her and hits her in the head w toys. she had five nots on her head when we took her to the doc. the said it was scalp lesions. she told the nurse who did it. we have had dcfs involved, police, they all say take her to court. well i havent had the money but i have to be at court on the 9th for this order of protection because im abusing the children. i need some help. she killing me. i dont know who else to talk to.

We are not the place to talk to. If the charges are baseless and the judge believes you, then the matter will be dismissed. If the judge does not believe you, then an order of protection may be entered. These are serious matters that should be treated seriously, and have consequences If an OP is entered, the father of your children might use that as a basis for seeking the kids in your custody. So treat it seriously. This is not TV.
