Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My daughter

My daughters mother put out an order of protection agaisnt me for one year because of a domestic battery issue. She included my daughter in the order. Is there a way I can have visitation with my daughter before the time the order ends?

Of course. It will require going to court and getting an order regarding visitation, and laying out how exchanges are going to take place. I would consult an attorney, as you do not want to get arrested for violation of an OP while you are picking up your child.
