Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My daughter lives in Illinois with her boyfriend...they have a baby together...can she move to Indiana with the baby, without his permission? They are not married, official paternity has not been established, and they have been together 2 years...

Unless there is a court order of support, which there appears not to be, she is free to move anywhere. If he has not signed a Voluntary Acknowledgement of Paternity, unless there is a judicial determination that he is the father, she can move anywhere she wants, and he has no say about it.
