Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

If my daughter and I have moved to a different state and established residency, are we able to request a transfer of our case to that state or do we have to keep filing with the original court where it was established?

Support stays in the old court unless father consents to new states jurisdiction, you do not say of you had court approval to move. If you did not you can not request that the new state accept the case,
