Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
My daughter spends every other weekend with her father. She is under pyshiatric care for a number of reasons. We recently found out that her step sister was admitted to a hospital a few months ago for attempted suicide. Is there any way that we can change her vistitaion and not allow her to go to her father's?

You would need to go to court. But what is not clear is how visitation has any impact on the children's mental health/well-being.

I am not sure what evidence you have that the father is causing the mental problems. I would need more facts.
