Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Daughter

Daughter is now in Toledo, Ohio. She is 39 years old. She was in the hospital. They discharged her today. They put her in a taxi cab in her hospital gown. She is in a catatonic state. I am going to get her tomorrow. I live in Aurora, IL. How am I going to be able to care for her legally. What steps do I need to take?

You need to file for guardianship at teh Kane County Courthouse.
