Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I had a daughter 9 years ago, me and her dad lived together for about two years, then we split up. He consulted a lawyer and was to pay me 20% of his income every two weeks. I have paid all her medical since she has been born, all her sitter fees, and I have claimed her on taxes every year. He is taking me back to court now, he has shorted me money over the years, and has not paid a dime in healthcare for her. I have spent close to $1200 so far out of pocket for an attorney. Will he have to reimburse me for my lawyer fees? I think him bringing me in to court is rediculous, and only so he can claim her every other year?
