Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My daughter is 16 yrs old lives with her mom and we have shared custody however i dont see her that often because she does not want to come over. I also recently found out they both smoke marijuana together, can i take custody from her or call dcfs to take action?

And give your kid possibly a criminal record. - not the smartest idea in the world. If you wanted to really spend time with her therfe are other ways to accomplish that. But if you want to alienate your daughter for the rest of her life, then call DCFS..
