my daughter's marriage is ready to break up and she has her name on most bills cause he has such bad credit how can she get it off cause he has not paid any of them

She can not get her name off the bills. The creditor will not allow it. Close the account and pay the bill, or get a court order that he pay the bills, which dos not have any effect on your daughter

s obligation to the creditor.
